These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Yentral, a multi-tenant SaaS commerce platform provided by Yentral B.V. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using Yentral, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Yentral operates on a multi-tenant architecture where multiple customers share the same infrastructure while maintaining complete data isolation. Each tenant's data is logically separated and secured.

You are responsible for:
We offer tiered subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits.
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All fees are in Euros (€).

You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We will add VAT where required by law.
You may use Yentral only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to enforce fair usage limits and may charge additional fees for excessive usage.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to Yentral.
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
You may export your data at any time during your subscription.
Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, unless legally required to retain it.
We guarantee 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
Scheduled maintenance occurs between 02:00-06:00 CET with 48 hours notice.
Service credits are issued for uptime below SLA, calculated as a percentage of monthly fees.
Yentral and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property.
You retain rights to your trademarks, content, and data.
Any feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used without compensation.
You are responsible for compliance with third-party service terms when using integrations.
We provide integration templates but do not guarantee third-party service compatibility.
API usage must comply with our rate limits and fair usage policies.
You may terminate your account at any time. Termination takes effect at billing cycle end.
We may terminate or suspend your account for:
Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service or breach of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are resolved in Amsterdam courts.
